The Task
The task was to create and implement targeted strategies to generate high-quality leads for a dental clinic in Dubai. This involves optimizing ad campaigns to attract potential patients interested in dental services in Dubai. By utilizing precise audience targeting, data analysis, and compelling ad creatives, we had to drive conversions and increase the clinic’s patient base efficiently.
The Bump
- Meta declined many before-and-after visuals related to dental procedures due to their strict advertising policies on cosmetic and health-related content.
- The area the clinic is located in, has a bunch of other clinics, turning the competition really high and the walk-ins to be really low.
- What worked in one ad account was sometimes rejected in another, leading to inconsistent approval processes across different backup accounts.
The Plan
- Planned to develop various ad creatives and analyze which performed best in terms of engagement and conversions. This helped us to allocate more budget to the high-performing ads to maximize returns.
- To avoid disruptions caused by account restrictions, we created and maintained multiple ad accounts, allowing campaigns to continue running smoothly across different platforms.
- Set the location radius to target premium and posh areas within a 10 km range around the clinic, focusing on higher-income individuals likely to invest in dental services.
- Continuously refined audience targeting by focusing on age groups, demographics, and interests most likely to seek dental care.
- Created lookalike audiences based on existing patient data and website visitors, helping attract more high-potential leads similar to the clinic's existing customer base.
