The Task
A clinic in the cosmetic surgery sector wanted us to bring quality (convertible) leads whose CAC would be lower. They were a newly established clinic and we had to ensure that people knew their valuable existence.
The Bump
- As the clinic is new, potential clients may be skeptical about its credibility and quality of services.
- Hair transplants and aesthetic treatments are significant investments for many people. The decision-making process can take time as potential clients weigh options and costs.
- Hair loss and aesthetic issues are often sensitive topics, and potential clients may feel embarrassed or reluctant to engage openly.
- Advertising medical procedures like hair transplants and aesthetics must comply with strict regulations and guidelines in many regions.
The Plan
- The major plan was to use posters with captions that made the audience feel like the clinic was legit and screamed authenticity.
- We also planned on using transformation posters that showed the before and after pictures that would increase the trust among the targeted audience.
- Also planned on using testimonial videos starring familiar faces, which would make our target audience trust us a tad bit more in scale.
- In the testimonial posters and videos, we also planned on highlighting the offers that the clinic was planning to give away to their clients.
